Oral-B Mass Trial Event Campaign

Oral-B hosted an offline mass trial event from June 28–30 at Westfield London to showcase their cutting-edge Oral-B iO toothbrush. At their interactive stand, visitors could test the iO toothbrush, learn about oral hygiene from professionals, spin a roulette for prizes, and enjoy special discounts on Oral-B products. The task was to create engaging and cohesive designs for the event’s social media campaign (Meta and TikTok) as well as D6 digital panels to guide attendees to the stand.

The Goal
The goal of the project was to attract mall visitors to the Oral-B stand, allowing them to experience the iO toothbrush firsthand. The campaign needed to generate buzz both online and offline, ensuring strong foot traffic during the event while also highlighting the product’s unique benefits.

Social Campaign (Pre-event):
I proposed creative ideas for Meta and TikTok ads to raise awareness about the event. These included carousel posts highlighting key features of the Oral-B iO, free on-site toothpaste samples, and exciting stand activities like the prize roulette and discounts. The messaging was kept clear, focused on the event's details (location and dates), while maintaining a visually inviting tone to attract foot traffic. -
D6 Panel Visuals (Event Days):
For the D6 panels placed within the mall, I designed animated, 6-second visuals that clearly directed shoppers to the Oral-B stand. These panels included key event details, an arrow symbol to guide foot traffic, and brief animations of the iO toothbrush in action to capture attention. The design emphasized Oral-B’s premium and innovative identity while staying punchy and location-specific.

D6 Digital Panel: Simple, visually dynamic, and direction-focused visuals guiding mall visitors directly to the stand. The panels used Oral-B’s signature blue and white brand palette, clean typography, and animations of the toothbrush to ensure visibility and brand recall.
This project successfully combined a vibrant offline presence with targeted online engagement, making the Oral-B UK Mass Trial Event an unforgettable experience for all participants.
