Process
I held in-person and online meetings with brand representatives to understand their needs and wants. Together, we established a clear vision and mission for the project. The vision aimed to position Penguin Loyalty as the go-to loyalty solution for small businesses, while the mission focused on providing accessible, affordable, and effective loyalty programs and marketing tools that drive growth, enhance customer relationships, and prioritize sustainability.
Throughout the process, we identified key features to highlight, including the loyalty program, data and reports for customer insights, extra marketing tools like push notifications, and increased business visibility through a growing user network. We wanted to communicate that Penguin Loyalty supports local businesses, offers smart tech solutions, connects globally while maintaining a local environment, and emphasizes sustainability.
Tone-wise, we opted for an informal, friendly, and playful approach to make communications approachable and engaging while still conveying the brand's dedication to its values and customer success.
Final Design
